I’ve been vegetarian for most of my life, I’ve always loved animals and that’s shaped the way I live and what I care about.
I’m also a huge foodie. I’ve always paid attention to what I eat—where it comes from, how it’s made, and how it makes me feel. Food isn’t just food to me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and think about daily.
That same energy definitely extends to my pets too—they eat very well (arguably better than most people). If it’s not good quality, I’m not interested!
I love discovering new food vans and market stalls, trying different flavours, and finding those street food businesses that really stand out. I’m especially drawn to vendors that put real care into their food — where you can tell quality, creativity, and passion genuinely matter.
I’ve always loved the atmosphere of festivals and street food events. One of my favourite things is walking around, trying food from different vans, and seeing the creativity each business brings. What fascinates me most is that while food vans at festivals have a captive audience, they’re also all competing for attention at the same time. The vans that stand out visually, create excitement, and build a strong brand are often the ones with the longest queues.
That’s a big part of why I started this business. I’ve seen how many incredible food vans create amazing food but don’t always get the online attention they deserve. In such a competitive environment, social media can make a huge difference — helping customers recognise your brand before they even arrive at an event.
